Warranty Information
Product warranty is 6 Months. No warranty on Beans getting compressed or any physical damages. In case of a manufacturing defect, a new bean bag cover will be supplied. If customer is Facing Delivery of voluminous or bulky products is done through surface transport and may vary from 4 to 14 days depending on pin codes.
For small parcels products are shipped through air and done within 7 days.
If any manufacturing defect found in product post delivery, same needs to be highlighted within 7 days from delivery.issue with the product within the warranty period, Please call to our customer support number 8095071111/8095061111 and notify the issue.
Additional Information
Do not place on rough surfaces (i.e. Concrete, Outdoor Surfaces), Keep away from sharp metal edges. Use warm water on a cloth to remove general dirty areas.
