Warranty Information
Trust is built over time, so for more than 12 years ORKA has designed Backpacks that last, to go everywhere you go, see what you see, and carry what you need. We stand by the quality and durability of every pack we make, and since we’ve been doing that since 2010, that is a guarantee you can stand by. We build our products to last over extended periods of use, but inevitably everything does eventually wear out. So, when your pack wears out as all things do, you’ll know you’ve gotten the most out of your gear and your experience. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only unaltered and unmodified items and original workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. The products eligible for the 1 year warranty are covered to the original owner, for the reliable product. Unfortunately, this does not mean 1years. Inevitably, well used (and well loved!) products will eventually wear out—fabrics will deteriorate, and colors will fade. Please use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under the warranty policy—it may simply be time to replace it. Consequently, we will cover your product against defect and malfunction until such a time that it has been used and worn out beyond reasonable repair.
