1Introduction

At Orkahome, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide flexibility while also ensuring a smooth order and fulfillment process for all customers.

2When Can I Cancel My Order?

Before Shipment:

You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Simply reach out to us via email or our contact page with your Order ID.

After Shipment:

Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the item, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

3Non-Cancellable Items

The following items cannot be cancelled once confirmed:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture
  • Bulk or special orders
  • Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' on the product page

4How to Cancel

To request a cancellation:

  • Email us at support@orkahome.com or visit our Contact Page.
  • Mention your Order ID, reason for cancellation, and contact details.
  • Our team will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation and process it accordingly.

5Refund Timeline (for Prepaid Orders)

If your cancellation is successful, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is applicable unless payment was collected in advance.

6Important Notes

Orkahome reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:

  • Unavailability of the product
  • Payment issues
  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and the customer will be notified immediately.
