Return Policy

1. Introduction
At Orkahome, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Return & Refund Policy outlines when and how you can return a product, and how refunds are processed.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for the following categories:
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item received
- Missing parts/accessories
- Manufacturing defects
Return Window: You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns for:
- Used, washed, or altered products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Customized or made-to-order furniture unless defective
- Minor color or grain variations in wooden furniture (natural characteristics)
3. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Contact us at support@orkahome.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your Order ID, issue description, and clear photos or videos of the item.
- Our team will verify the issue and approve the return if it meets the criteria.
- We will schedule a reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
4. Reverse Pickup & Return Shipping
For approved returns, reverse pickup is arranged at no additional cost (subject to serviceable pin codes).
In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the item with proper packaging and tracking. The shipping cost will be reimbursed as per our policy.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after return approval.
For COD orders, we’ll request your bank details or offer store credit, depending on your preference.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
To replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
7. Important Notes
Ensure all items are packed securely to avoid damage during return transit.
For quality checks, retain the original packaging and labels until the return process is complete.
Orkahome reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
