2. Order Processing Time
- All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Customized or made-to-order furniture may take 7–15 business days to process.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking details.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Ready-to-ship items: Delivered within 5–10 business days.
- Furniture and bulk orders: Delivered within 10–20 business days, depending on your location and product type.
- Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to pin code accessibility, local logistics, or seasonal demand.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on most orders across India.
- In some remote or non-serviceable areas, a nominal shipping charge may apply. This will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link to follow the progress of your order.
You can also track your order by logging into your Orkahome account and visiting the “My Orders” section.
6. Delivery Partners
We’ve partnered with trusted logistics companies to ensure safe, timely deliveries across India. All shipments are insured until they reach your doorstep.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your product.
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the item will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping fees may apply.
8. Large Furniture Deliveries
For bulky items like wooden beds, sofas, or wardrobes, doorstep delivery will be made at the ground floor/main entrance unless otherwise specified.
Some regions may require self-assembly or may not offer installation service. If included, installation details will be mentioned on the product page.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@orkahome.com with photos and your order ID.
We’ll arrange a prompt resolution or replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.
10. International Shipping
Currently, Orkahome ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
